Description
ELEMENT OPTICS HYPR-7 7X50
The revolutionary Element Optics HYPR-7 7×50 rifle scope is an absolute game changer!
HYPR-7, of course, is short for “Hybrid Precision Riflescope 7x”. This smart optic combines the best of two worlds – the superior clarity and resolution of a traditional analog scope, as well as the flexibility of a digital reticle. With technology far ahead of its time, enabling you to reach further, faster. With a variety of on-board sensors and also a powerful ballistic chip, you no longer have to process information and input firing solutions yourself. The HYPR-7, indeed, does it all for you in a fraction of a second.
And it gets even better! With the ability to integrate with other devices, you’ll be able to create a shooting system according to your requirements. So, you can experience the full potential of the digital system, all while enjoying a crisp image through ED glass. This means you will undoubtedly have full control of the information shown on your display.
High-end Features
A 50mm Objective provides solid light transmission, so you’ll have plenty of light to see nice and far, even in low-light situations. Meanwhile, ED (extra-low diffusion) glass provide a crisp image. You will be able to stay nice and close to the action, because of an eye relief of 45 mm. Adjust the parallax from six yards to infinity, while the dioptre ensures you’ll be able to focus clearly on the reticle.
You get a completely digital reticle, which means you can also choose between various reticles. Furthermore, you can draw your own reticle and upload it to the rifle scope! Do all of this via the Element Ballistics app, of course, which you can install on your smartphone at no additional cost. Since you can adjust various functions through the app, you can benefit maximally from everything it has to offer.
Another feature is the time-out function, which turns the rifle scope off after a set amount of time to save power. Even if you leave it on for a good long while, the scope won’t run empty anytime soon. A standard AAA-battery can surprisingly easily power it for several days.
No small feat, to be sure, considering the number of active systems that constantly communicate with the ballistic calculator. Systems such as an inclinometer, a barometer, a thermometer and even a hygrometer. All of these systems are, of course, essential in calculating the most accurate shot trajectory. Taking all that information into account, the digital reticle will clearly display the calculated point of impact. It will do so through either a flashing dot or by simply moving the entire reticle. You can, obviously, set your own preference.
Mounting
The Element Optics HYPR-7 comes with a slightly curved unimount, so you can easily mount it onto a Weaver/Picatinny scope rail. Additionally, this unimount has markings in MOA, and the optics is well-suited for shooting at long range. You can also mount a rangefinder on the Weaver/Picatinny accessory rail on top of the rifle scope.
The shockproof housing is completely waterproof and it is nitrogen purged, meaning it is also fog proof.
