You can determine where your pellet hit much easier with splatter targets, even at very long distances. Splatter targets leave a bright mark around the point where your pellet or slug impacted. This, of course, makes target shooting more fun and reactive. These 3″ Adhesive Splatter Targets are just the right size for pistols at shorter distances and also rifles up to 100 meters.

The black, round targets are about 75mm from side to side. You get different target zones, of course, separated by a highly visible yellow colour. In the very centre you’ll find a red zone, which is the bullseye. These different zones are also perfect for scoring a shooter’s shots.

Splatter targets employ dual-lamination paper with an overlayer of dark coloured background. Most often black, but also dark blue, sometimes. Then, a light coloured underlayer (often white or fluorescent yellow) separated by a plastic film. When hit by a pellet, the plastic film around the impact hole edge shrivels to expose the brighter underlayer. This creates a high-contrast jagged rim around the hole that looks like splattered paint, and allows easier observation from a distance.
