Shooting bags are a favourite accessory amongst both casual and professional shooters. They’re perfect to shoot off or safely and securely rest your rifle on when not in use. Made from genuine leather with strong stitching, this bag is sturdy and durable enough to support large calibre rifles, as well as daily use. It has a soft touch suede feel, preventing scratches and friction damage to your rifle’s finish or shooting bench.

Many bench rest shooters prefer the versatility of shooting bags to stands. They are quick and easy to move or readjust for different rifles. It is a simple matter of flipping a bag or giving it a squeeze to plump it back up. These bags keep your rifle reasonably level, so you can take rested shots with less effort to keep still. You can use this bag in just about any position, on any of it’s sides. The choice is yours, depending on how high you want to rest your rifle, giving you your best angle.

This Bakkiesak has a V-shaped notch to securely hold the bag on your vehicle’s window. Hence the nickname Bakkiesak! Actually, it was designed to grip a window edge, post, fence, limb, or rock. Basically, virtually any terrain where “flat” is tough to achieve. It also features a durable carry handle. Each bag also has a velcro-sealed opening, allowing you to change the volume and type of filling. They come filled with Poly beads, but you can switch it out.
