The DX FX Impact Barrel Tuner is designed to tune the harmonics, vibration, and whipping motion of your air rifle. It can help get the most consistent, precision performance from your PCP. These devices are inexpensive for the performance improvement you can see. It just makes sense to invest in one! This tuner is 28mm with 1/2″ UNF threading.

Barrel tuners are very popular in the rimfire and centerfire worlds, as they allow you to harmonically tune a rifle with a set velocity. They achive this by moving a weight at the end of the barrel back and forth, instead of changing velocity (with more/less powder etc.) Now this is available for air rifles, too!

A barrel tuner offers new features that will change your tuning process, giving you a level of precision control never before available to airguns. You can achieve tighter shot groups, thanks to an integrated rotating running weight. The tuner is made from a specifically selected metallic alloy. This allows the running weight to have enough mass to affect the weight distribution of the overall barrel system.

Shooters will find that even the smallest amount of rotating adjustment of the tuner weight, by only a few thousands of an inch, can change how your gun shoots groups. Especially when shooting medium to long range distances.
