ELEMENT ETX RED DOT 6MOA
The Element ETX Red Dot 6MOA Reflex Sight provides a fast, precise and also reliable aiming solution for pistols, shotguns or carbines. Built on the popular RMR footprint (and with an included picatinny adapter), the ETX ticks all the boxes for a multi-purpose red dot optic.
Element Optics offers this do-it-all red dot sight in two options. Namely a 3 MOA for when precision is important and a 6 MOA for fast target acquisition. The smaller 3 MOA dot covers less of the target, making it suitable for pistol shooting at longer distances and for rifle use where accurate shot placement is required. Meanwhile, the larger 6 MOA dot is easier to pick up quickly, making this version well suited for pistol shooting, dynamic shooting disciplines, and close-range applications.
Either way, you get intuitive features, a large window and a low-profile base, as well as a rugged design. Whether you’re carrying concealed on auto-brightness mode, competing in practical pistol matches or mounting offset as a co-witness on a rifle or carbine, the ETX is designed for one job: To never let you down.
Uses a single top-loading CR1632 battery, allowing for battery changes without removing the sight from the firearm. Furthermore, you get a waterproof and shockproof low-profile design for extreme durability, wherever you go.
Mounting
Built around the popular RMR footprint, you can mount the unit directly to pistols and adapter plates with the corresponding base. Secure it to the base via two countersunk T10 Torx screws.
Different bases may have have different thread specifications, so Element Optics include the following sets of mounting screws in the box:
• 6-32×8.7 (x4)
• 6-40×8.7 (x4)
• 6-48×8.7 (x4)
• M3x8.7 (x4)
• M3.5×8.7 (x4)
• M4x8.7 (x4)
Use a torque spec of 1.7nm (15 in-lbs) when mounting to a base/slide cut. Incorrect mounting torque could lead to irreparable damage and/or stripping of threads.

Before Element deems a riflescope fit to carry the Element Optics name, the scopes endure some of the toughest tests in the industry. They cover the basics of waterproofing, fog-proofing and shock-proofing.
