KRAL PUNCHER SUPERMEGA W 5.5MM
The Kral Puncher SuperMega W 5.5mm, now with a 380cc airtube to increase your shotcount. Extremely accurate with loads of shots, this feature packed rifle is not only affordable, but also a joy to shoulder and shoot.
The Puncher is beautifully made in an ambidextrous Turkish Walnut stock. It sports a twin-sided Monte Carlo cheekpiece, a neutral pistol grip and a ventilated recoil pad. The breech is milled for both 11 and 22mm scope mounts and features a power adjuster knob which corresponds with a +/- vernier on the opposite side of the block.
The cocking system is quiet and foolproof, with the sidelever neatly tucked into the breech to avoid getting snagged in the field. It pops open to 40 degrees with a gentle pull, and then draws back to 90 degrees, cocking the hammer with the minimum of effort and indexing the 12-shot magazine.
Just below the sidelever sits a pendulum-style manual safety catch. The adjustable two-stage trigger exhibits minimal creep of the sears and a field-sensible pull weight. This rifle comes with an aluminium muzzle weight which unscrews to reveal a lengthy ½” UNF thread. Therefore, you can fit a silencer for those extra quiet shots, even though this shrouded barrel is not the loudest.
It’s not a regulated PCP, but obviously enjoys a well-designed main valve judging by both the incredible consistency between shots and the general lack of power ‘curve’ throughout the charge. The rifled steel barrel has been carefully picked to assure the best in accuracy and consistency. Also, Kral focussed here on shot count, making them perfect for lighter jobs and target shooting.
Remember to add 1/8″ FEMALE STANDARD SERIES MALE NIPPLE. You need it for the fill probe!
