SAA FX 28ROUND MAGAZINE SLUG COVER

With the air rifle slug scene bursting out of its seems, more airgunners desire shooting heavier slugs. To allow for heavier weights, but still adhere to the legal diameter requirements, manufacturers are producing longer projectiles. However, these longer, heavier slugs do not fit in standard magazines.

Shooters are forced to acquire single shot trays at high cost, and thus can’t use their standard magazines at all. This, essentially, turns your multi-shot air rifle into a single shot, which is not ideal for most shooters. Especially those who need to take fast follow-up shots, or those who take part in speed shooting.

This durable magazine cover is light in weight and fits the standard FX high capacity (Hi-Cap) 28 round magazine. Being black in colour, it adds to the look perfectly. The cover does not have holes like other 3D printed versions, therefore it keeps your slugs and magazine free from dust and dirt. This is especially important for accuracy and prevents fowling of your barrel.

Installation is an absolute breeze. Simply remove your original FX high capacity (Hi-Cap) 28 round magazine cover, like you normally do when reloading. Next, load your magazine with your slugs. Lastly, simply place the slug cover on your loaded magazine, as you would the original FX cover.

These covers have been tested with slugs up to 40 grain in both Inferno and Javelin brands.
