The Brocock Commander XR Magnum HiLite Sand 5.5mm, designed and built by one of the leading gun makers in Europe to quench the thirst of shooters worldwide. Features
With all the features of the Commander XR, the Magnum adds a specially selected 60cm barrel for more power. Made to last a lifetime Brocock is confident to include a three year warranty. Not only does the new side-lever cocking and loading system cycle the 11 shot magazine, but is also made to withstand fast hard use. It complements the rugged style of the Commander.
A power adjuster to select multiple velocities is ergonomically located on the right hand side of the breech block for on demand tuning capabilities.
The integrated XR range is designed to be modular, accepting parts and fitments across the range and compatible with AR upgrade parts and accessories. The Commander XR comes with with a picatinny scope as well as bipod rail to enhance the rifles tactical applications. The genius of the Commander’s design is the use of AR-15 compatible butt stock, trigger guard and grip components. This version boasts a folding butt stock which is also extendable.
Furthermore, the large diameter barrel shroud system is finished with a muzzle brake to reduce recoil to almost zero. It also reduces the Commander’s muzzle report. Shooters can add additional noise reduction by removing the brake to expose 1/2″ UNF threads and fitting a sound moderator of choice. Long range accuracy comes from the Lothar Walther high specification Polygonal barrel, as well as two stage adjustable trigger.
HUMA Regulator
This rifle incorporates a highly advanced regulator system, developed in partnership with the Dutch regulator specialists, Huma-Air. The HUMA regulated air delivery system works in harmony with a new adjustable Slingshot Hammer and valve system. They provide the highest level of consistent shots per fill from the rifle’s carbon Hi-Lite bottle.
Moreover, it precisely meters the air release to totally eradicate any power curve. Measured air control ensures minimal shot-to-shot deviation as the rifle cycles through its usable air charge. It not only improves downrange accuracy, but returns an even higher number of shots from each fill up. That’s a big bonus, of course, for those who opt for a rifle in high-power format. The dual gauge stack provides regulator pressure set, as well as air supply state of fill.
