Whether you’re a hunter, target shooter or tactical professional, the Vector Optics Sentinel-X Pro 10-40×50 Center Dot IR is sure to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Compared to its predecessor, the Sentinel-X Pro now offers a Zero Stop function, as well as 11 brightness levels of reticle illumination! You still get the advanced etched glass COM-25M reticle for accurate benchrest and long range shooting that we know and love, of course.
Even before this updated version, the Sentinel-X scope has always been a must have for both benchrest shooting and competitions at 25 meters. The reticle matches the standard benchrest size target and each graduation also coincides with the target rings. Furthermore, used at 40x magnification, the 1.5mm Center Dot perfectly matches the 2mm target bullseye! At 100 meter you can easily see the impact of a .22 hole in the black pard of the card.

Of course, you get bench shooting specific features, along with the Vector Optic quality we know and love! You get magnification from 10x to 40x, as well as side focus from 10 yards to infinity. Fully multi coated glass enhances light transmission and reduces glare chromatic aberration, while the turrets are easy to use and can be locked by pressing them down. Additionally, you get 1/8 MOA click value with an adjustment range of 50 MOA.
Pro Features
Now, you also get Zero Stop! This is a feature in riflescopes that ensures quick and accurate return to their initial zero position, and you don’t have to count clicks or make manual adjustments. It acts as a mechanical stop, preventing the turret from dialing past the zero point. It ensures stability and consistency, allowing shooters to maintain accuracy, without worrying about making excessive adjustments or needing to reset the zero point.
Additionally, you get an illuminated reticle function and can adjust it to 11 different brightness levels, depending on the lighting conditions.
Most competitive shooters would recommend Second Focal Plane rifle scopes for target shooting, so naturally Vector Optics obliged. The scopes are also fully Nitrogen purged. Therefore, they are IP65 water resistant, an important feature for shooters encountering wet or damp conditions, and also shock tested up to 1000G. Of course, you can rely on the Sentinel-X Pro to perform reliably and accurately, even in adverse weather.
Included you get flip up lens covers, as well as 30mm Medium Weaver /Picatinny two piece mounts and a sunshade. You also get the standard lens cleaning cloth and manual.
