The FX Crown MKII STD Base Saber Tactical 5.5mm, a popular successor of the original FX Crown. Featuring some significant improvements that’ll provide more power and will make this air rifle even more suitable for long distance shooting. And now, combined with an innovative Saber Tactical stock, this rifle is an absolute legend!
Some features that set this stunning rifle aside from the previous MKI Crown model, are a 28% larger plenum, as well as a bigger 6.5mm valve and redeveloped porting. Furthermore, the 20 MOA Weaver/Picatinny rail results in more elevation adjustment on your rifle scope. Of course, this FX rifle has multiple adjustment options to finetune the power to match calibre and ammunition of choice up to perfection. These include an externally adjustable AMP (Adjustable Match Precision) regulator, an adjustable valve, as well as a Power Adjuster. Importantly, the adjuster allows macro and micro adjustment of the hammer spring.
The Crown MKII has a Superlight STX (Smooth Twist X) barrel system with changeable liners. These liners feature rifling pressed in from the outside. This makes for minimal friction and minimal tolerances. It’s a very accurate barrel system, with the added advantage that twist rates and even calibres can be changed in the flick of a wrist.
Furthermore, the FX Crown MKII version features a 480cc carbon air cylinder and FX Match trigger with adjustable first and second stage. In addition, this trigger has an extremely low trigger weight!

Not only does Saber Tactical’s stock add comfort and versatility to an already spectacular rifle, but this lightweight, aluminium ambidextrous chassis is also packed with features. In addition to an extended Arca Swiss rail, these include a foldable stock and built-in detachable bag rider, along with an adjustable silicone-padded buttstock. This will certainly be a highly popular and sought-after Crown configuration, particularly for bench shooters!
