DONNYFL TANTO AIRGUN SILENCER
The DonnyFL Tanto Airgun Silencer had been the missing member of the DonnyFL collection. It’s a shorter version of the KOI, but don’t let the size fool you. It does really well to hush air rifles and is suitable for 4.5mm, as well as 5.5mm. You get 1/2″ x 20 UNF threading, as well as signature DonnyFL body grooves and bolt endcap.
It is a great addition to both shrouded and un-shrouded air rifles, especially those shooting mid-800’s FPS and lower. With a length of 127mm and 31mm diameter, as well as weighing 111 gram, this sleek silencer is extremely popular.
Silencers are generally more effective on CO² and PCP Airguns than on gas and spring piston airguns. The way they work is by supressing the muzzle sound. Most of the sound from spring and gas piston airguns are mechanical sounds, from the piston itself and not air or the pellets leaving the barrel.
As this silencer is for air rifle use only, we do not recommend using it on any firearm or larger calibres than specified.
